For years Esseproject has been partner of the main education and training institutes of the territory. We develop training courses with the aim of opening up new professional opportunities or improving and updating the skills of the participants.
Training activities contribute to the qualification and upgrading of professionals skills of those who want to enter or return to the world of work.
Esseproject collaborates as teacher for 2D and 3D CAD courses, Technical Drawing, Reading and Interpreting Technical Drawing.
All activities are carried out in coordination with training centres either in the classroom or directly in the company.

The development of professional skills is alwaysevolving. We too are costantly training to be always up to date and in an effective dialogue with our customers. Ours is a technical pathbut also of deepening transversal skills which makes us grow, not only professionally, but also as active protagonists of social and cultural environment.

Know-how transfer

Based on customer’s needs and reality of the company, we develop training courses to train the production staff at the customer’s production facility. Through providing basics on integrated design, we help improving coordination between technical and production departments.
Our aim is to share our knowledge to help companies investing in young people transfer information and try to bridge the gap between school education and job placement.
